This is a warm drink made with a classic Swedish tea, Söderblandning, which means “blend of the south,” referencing a part of Stockholm. You can of course use any tea that you like. Söderblandning is a blend of different Chinese teas, tropical fruits and flowers. Make sure to use a heat-resistant glass! If you don’t have raspberry powder, you can use powdered sugar.
