Erik Aston, at TAK Stockholm, makes this drink by carbonating all ingredients in a Twist & Sparkle bottle or in a siphon. The result is a delicious fizzy drink. If you can’t carbonate, no worries. Just build the drink directly into a highball glass with ice and top it off with a little bit of soda water. With either methods, the taste is excellent. As always, adjust to your preference of sweetness by adjusting how much syrup you use.

Instructions

Pour all ingredients in a Twist’n Sparkle bottle or into a siphon, and carbonate.

Pour the carbonated ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with fresh raspberries on a stick over the glass.
