Lemon Drop

A classic cocktail that’s easy to make. Using egg white is optional. It does give the drink that beautiful foam, but it will taste as great without it. This version of the Lemon Drop with Virtuous Bitter Lemon is created by Erik Aston at TAK Stockholm.

Instructions
  • 1.

    Dry shake all ingredients (if you use egg white). 

  • 2.

    Add ice to the shaker and shake again to cool.  

  • 3.

    Strain into a cocktail glass.
