Erik created this raspberry milk punch recipe for us. This technically advanced recipe is perfect for anyone who likes a challenge. You may need to look up how to clarify milk first. Very interesting process, and we loved the result. 

  • 1.

    Measure and pour all ingredients (except for the foam ingredients) into a shaker with ice. Don’t shake!

  • 2.

    Stir to mix. 

  • 3.

    Pour into a glass with clarified ice. 

  • 4.

    Make the foam by adding egg whites (or substitute) and raspberry syrup into a siphon. Spray over drink.
