Virtuous Pine Tonic

VIRTUOUS PINE TONIC

A different take on the classic vodka tonic, made with Virtuous Rye that’s been infused with spruce shoot. Look up how to infuse vodka, or keep it simple by using the spruce shoot as garnish only. Created by bartender Erik Aston at Tak Stockholm. 

Instructions
  • 1.

    Build the ingredients directly into a highball glass over ice, adding tonic last.

  • 2.

    Garnish with fresh spruce shoot.
