 A Virtuous Raspberry tonic created by Erik Aston at TAK Stockholm. Adjust the amount of syrup to your preference. 

 

Instructions

    Build all ingredients directly into a highball glass over ice, adding the tonic last.

  • 2.

    Garnish with orange zest.
