The classic Mule is a cocktail originally made with vodka and ginger beer. This recipe by Brickyard in Stockholm is made with Virtuous Ginger.
Virtuous Mule
Instructions

Pour Virtuous Ginger, mint leaves and lime juice into a classic mule cup (or whatever glass you prefer).

Then add a generous amount of crushed ice.

Fill up with ginger beer.

Stir to cool the drink ingredients and to release the flavors of the mint.

Add more crushed ice that almost overfills the glass.

6.
Garnish with a twig of mint leaves.
