Prepare your glass by decorating the rim with togarashi spice.
(Fill a saucer with enough togarashi spice to coat the entire rim of the glass. Still holding the glass upside down, dip the wet rim into the spice. Pressing the glass down gently, twist it around until it is evenly coated. Shake off any excess spice.)
Measure and pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice (except the togarashi)
Shake well to mix ingredients and cool the drink.
Strain and pour into the glass.
