Virtuous Togarashi

  • 1.

    Prepare your glass by decorating the rim with togarashi spice.
    – Fill a plate with enough togarashi spice to coat the entire rim of the glass.
    – Still holding the glass upside down, dip the wet rim into the spice.
    – Pressing the glass down gently, twist it around until it is evenly coated.
    – Shake off any excess spice.

    Shake all ingredients with lots of ice. 

  • 3.

    Strain into the glass.
