Rhubarb Sunset

Easy to make by pouring all ingredients directly into a highball glass filled with ice. Easy to vary by changing the syrup to any other flavor you like.  And if you prefer the drink sweeter, increase the syrup. This recipe is created by Erik Aston at TAK Stockholm.

    Build all ingredients directly into a highball glass over ice, adding Cava last. Garnish as desired.
