- 5 cl Virtuous Vodka Raspberry
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl rhubarb syrup
- 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitter
- 1 egg white
- 2 pieces of fresh raspberries
How to mix this cocktail
Put vodka, juice, syrup and egg white into a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice and shake once again. Pour into a cocktail glass and add Peychaud´s bitter. Garnish with raspberries.
