Raspberry Sour

  • 5 cl Virtuous Vodka Raspberry
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl rhubarb syrup
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitter
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 pieces of fresh raspberries

How to mix this cocktail

Put vodka, juice, syrup and egg white into a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice and shake once again. Pour into a cocktail glass and add Peychaud´s bitter. Garnish with raspberries.
